Tegucigalpa has a multitude of fine eateries and restaurants. Most of these are located either in the downtown district, the zona viva district also known as the Boulevard Morazan area, and the Colonia Palmira area. Another very worth while exception is the road to El Hatillo, which offers some of the best views of Tegucigalpa in a very pleasant mountain pine environment. Following is a listing of some of the better restaurants that we feel comfortable recommending. We have decided to group the restaurants according to their location, in order to make it easier for you to find those that are close by to your hotel. These are by no means the only ones and we hope to include a more comprehensive list in our future editions. Your comments on any restaurants visited are greatly appreciated and will be taken into consideration.
